so we`ve got a little rain here in Japan but Kyoto is really nice, though we did not make it to any temples in time today. We have a very cool place to stay for the night though and we have mastered the Kyoto bus system.

haha, just typed a comment then accidently deleted it. Just wanted to say have a great time at Mt. Fuji, my brother climbed it and said it was pretty cool. There were people along the way who put stamps on your walking stick, its makes a cool souvenir - not sure if they will be there in the wee morning hours when you are there! sounds like you all are having a blast, thinking of you!
